If you have private insurance, and your insurance plan has what is known as an out-of-network benefit for psychiatry, it is possible that the insurance provider will reimburse you a percentage of what is paid to the doctor. However, as the responsible party for your insurance, it would be up to you to contact your insurance provider to understand these details, prior to scheduling your appointment.
